The Russelior was built using the best energy- saving techniques, from the installation of Photovoltaic panels to the draw of water from the upper ground water-tables, so those factors led us to win the firstpresidential prize in terms of Energy saving. The Russelior was chosen for encouraging the reasonable use and consumption of renewable energy and also for its efforts in the execution of the national program of energy management.
Indeed, the Russelior is a message, a call to people so that they become aware of our fragile situation resulting from the non-respect of our environment). On May 12th 2010, the National Committee of Environment Cleanliness and Esthetics (CNPMEE) awarded “the Russelior” the label of “Hotel-Garden” ,which is an exceptional category.
