Via Gypset is a vintage and modern clothing boutique located in the heart of Washington DC. Open since 2012, Via Gypset has gained a following, both in DC and with clients around the world. Native Washingtonian, Isabella Polles, opened Via Gypset to share her love of fashion, which sprouted as a child when she would spend her Sunday’s watching the work of her aunt, a tailor for high end fashion houses such as Yves Saint Laurent and Valentino. With the help of her shopgirls, who range from fashion designers and artists to humanitarian relief workers and environmental policy analysts, Isabella and her eclectic team work to make Via Gypset a one stop shop for every woman. They curate a large variety of pieces and styles from all around the globe, which they source on their periodic travels.

Starting in 2015, Via Gypset will be expanding into home goods and gifts. Staying true to our appreciation for both new and previously loved one-of-a kind items, Via Gypset will offer a collection of new items, as well beloved treasures from yesteryear. Our VG Home and Gift collection will feature a variety of products both created in-house, as well as sourced from local artisans and smaller companies around the globe. Our goal, as an independently-owned boutique, is to help individuals find and express their own sense of personal style, while also supporting emerging artists and well established designers.
