We are pleased with the collaboration with Norway Post on the delivery of goods.

Several have asked if it is possible to have goods driven home during these Korona times. With AMOI, it's fine if you live in Oslo or Bærum, we have sent everything away or made some boxes ready. Of course, you can also use AMOI even if you are not corona fast. Go to https://www.amoi.no
There are several small shops in AMOI and you can collect purchases from them for one exit. Norway Post's logistics experience ensures the most efficient transport possible.

Shipping is free for the first three departures!

Of course, we would like you to take the trip to the store, but we have all realized that many people appreciate being able to get the goods home in this way. We will post more items eventually, get in touch if there is something you would like to have with you.

Welcome!
The miller Sylvia collaborates with small-scale farmers who specialize in organic and biodynamic agriculture. We aim to present as much short-distance seasonal food as possible, in addition to the selection we have with dry goods. With us, you can shop in bulk, and bring your own packaging if you want.

Here you can also buy sourdough bread from Ille Brød, Martin Fjeld's bakery. It is baked on various primroses and wheat, and is incredibly good. The theater café swears by it.
We also have baked goods from Manuel Chovin - he also works with sourdough baking and delivers bread and other temptations to us.

The miller Sylvia sells various cleaning products. All are made from natural ingredients, without allergens and are environmentally friendly.

If you love to bake, you will like our stone mill. We have a selection of whole grains and cereals, which you can grind in the shop! It gives very good results when baking. The grain begins to lose weight when it is ground - the closer to baking the grinding takes place, the better the result.
