A strong local position
In 2015 Royal Greenland bought fresh seafood for DKK 560 million from 1,600 independent fishermen in Greenland. We aim to further expand our position throughout the North Atlantic and Arctic Ocean.

Royal Greenland is the world’s largest supplier of cold-water prawns and Greenland halibut.

We aim to expand our position in the North Atlantic and Arctic region. A local presence in both Greenland, Quebec and Newfoundland is central to our strategy. This allows us to benefit from the experience and know-how of the local fishing communities and to ensure stable and high-quality deliverables of seafood from all areas of the North Atlantic and the Arctic Ocean.
